Travel Soccer Policy
Payment is expected at sign ups.
Payment will be refunded if player does not make the team.
All players must have a completed registration form on file with BHFC.
All players must be present at assessments (if warranted).
Any player not at assessments (without a legit excuse) will be automatically cut from the team.
There will be assessments for the Fall and Spring season (if warranted)
Players are responsible for purchasing 1 Team Jersey 1 Team Short 1 Pair of Socks
The cost for competing in Travel Soccer is as follows: $130.00 each SEASON
$130 WILL NOT include uniform effective Spring 2016 SEASON
All player passes must be surrendered to the Soccer commissioner upon completion of each season. For example the passes will be returned at the end of the Spring season and at the end of the Fall season.
Players who have not returned their passes will not be allowed to compete in the upcoming season. For example if the player has not returned his/her pass at the end of the Spring season he/she can not compete in the Fall season until such pass is returned.
It is the coach’s responsibility to handle the passes throughout the season and the coach’s responsibility to make sure players return their passes.
Players will not receive uniform or pass until payment has been made and registration is on file.
Once CJSA freezes rosters no one will be allowed to join a Travel team no EXCEPTIONS
Double rostering of players will be at the discretion of the Travel Soccer president, no more than 3 players will be allowed to double roster per season.
Travel soccer is a large commitment, if a player chooses to play another sport during the same season; BHFC will not be responsible to accommodate scheduling conflicts.
*Refund policy is as follows per season:
a. Prior to the 1st game a 50% refund shall be granted*
b. After the 1st game NO refund shall be granted
all team apparel cost will be deducted from refund (jersey, shorts, socks)
A maximum of 12 kids for U9-U11 per season per roster (negotiable)
Returning Players are NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT ON THE TEAM EACH SEASON
ALL NON COACHES ARE TO SIT OPPOSITE THE PLAYERS
Yelling at the refs or the players will not be tolerated
POLICY SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRETION OF BHFC
PLEASE NOTE CJSA ONLY ALLOWS 2 PLAYERS MAX PER ROSTER TO BE FROM ANOTHER TOWN / CITY / CLUB
The indoor WINTER LEAGUE will be a separate fee if a team decides to join (normally $50 - $60 a player)
All Tournaments will be a separate fee
